Of course, we want you to be the final judge of satisfaction. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. When you receive products from Blackfoot Direct if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll replace it or give you your money back. It's that simple.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Unfortunately you cannot return merchandise purchased through Blackfoot Direct at Blackfoot Motorcycle Ltd's (Blackfoot Motosports) Calgary Retail location.
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Blackfoot Direct within 30 days of your original invoice date, for most retail merchandise. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. RMAs expire in 15 days after they are issued. You may request a RMA by calling our toll free number 1-877-214-2801. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. Due to the volatile nature of product prices, items will only be refunded at the current pricing at the time of return.
A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Blackfoot Direct. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss.

RETURNS OTHER SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFO
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will happily refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
RETURN POLICY
THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY. Blackfoot Direct reserves the right to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order. For all refunds, you need to precisely follow the previous return procedures to ensure the return of your refund. You need to also allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive at our warehouse and pass an inspection process. When your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.
